人力资源是企业最重要的战略性资源,客观准确地评价人力资源管理效能无论在理论方面还是应用层面均有重要的意义,随着信息技术的高速发展,其相对成熟的公众网络平台为相关研究提供了有效途径。文章以平衡计分卡(BSC)理论为基础,立足于战略性人力资源管理角度,利用相对成熟的公众网络平台,通过文献研究、网络问卷调查、统计分析等方式,探索建立一套较为系统、完善的人力资源管理效能评价指标体系,使企业人力资源管理效能评价更具操作性和实践性,同时推动有关公众网络工具在企业人力资源研究中的应用。  相似文献

随着我国社会经济的不断发展,物流领域出现了专业人才匮乏的现象。在社会对物流人才需求旺盛的情况下,很多高等院校相继开设了物流管理专业,以期通过大量培养物流管理专业的人才来满足相关企业的需求。但是在实践中,很多物流管理专业的学生在实习工作中缺少应变能力,实践能力弱,不能达到物流企业的用人标准。对目前高等院校物流管理专业实习实训方案进行了分析探讨,以期设计出一个相对完善、创新的物流管理专业实习实训方案,促进物流管理人才的培养,有效满足当前物流管理人才供不应求的紧张局面,促进我国整个物流领域更好更快地发展。  相似文献

This study is to empirically testify that corporate elitism is an antecedent to groupthink, which prevents organizational empathy from working effectively in crises. The current study is expected to expand the boundary of crisis management literature into a company’s crisis-preparedness before a crisis occurs. 非线性优化模型中经常出现多重Lagrange乘子现象,导致决策者错误地计算资源的影子价格.本文针对该问题指出最小欧几里得范数的Lagrange乘子是影子价格.同时,还提出了一个无约束优化模型用以求解最小欧几里得范数 Lagrange乘子,该无约束优化模型可以通过经典的非光滑优化算法求解.最后,本文提出一个基于次梯度的算法求解影子价格,该算法是次线性收敛的,且计算时间与约束条件的个数及自变量的个数线性相关.  相似文献

基于单物流服务商、单供应商和单零售商构成的生鲜农产品供应链,构建3种冷链服务模式:承诺模式、提前要求模式与延后要求模式,探讨不同冷链服务模式对定价与冷链服务水平、企业绩效的影响。研究发现:某种冷链服务模式是否有利于消减数量与质量损耗依赖于产品易腐性、冷链服务成本及其分担比例。供应链成员无法在承诺模式与提前要求模式下形成统一的模式偏好。当物流服务商承担的冷链服务成本比例较低时,相比于提前要求模式,供应商偏好承诺模式,否则,偏好提前要求模式。承诺模式比提前要求模式更有利于物流服务商,然而对于零售商,结果正好相反。数值实验表明,虽然供应链成员无法对冷链服务模式形成整体的一致性偏好,但仍可实现局部的一致性偏好。  相似文献

Various approaches to personalisation are well-established in the UK social care sector and are now starting to ‘travel’ to other sectors. In this paper we report findings from an evaluation of a pilot to test elements of personalisation in the management of offenders in probation services within the English criminal justice system. Following a review of evidence from social care, three different approaches to personalised-practice were developed and tested on a small-scale in three separate sites. The evaluation finds that all three approaches were implemented reasonably successfully, but challenges were identified including that personalised approaches are more time-consuming, that staff need support to exercise professional discretion and that balancing greater choice with managing criminogenic risk requires new ways of conceptualising the relationship between case manager and service user. Overall, ‘deeper’ approaches to personalisation, such as co-production, will take time to emerge. This paper makes two important contributions to the debate on personalisation in public services. First, it addresses the question of how transferable the concept of personalisation is from the social care sector to other sectors in the UK, in this case the criminal justice system. Secondly, it outlines a methodology for developing and evaluating personalisation pilots, prior to a wider roll-out.  相似文献

As part of the Cape York Welfare Reform Trial (CYWRT), which has been running in the remote Aboriginal towns of Aurukun, Hope Vale, Mossman Gorge and Coen since 2008, Family Responsibilities Commissioners have the unprecedented ability to quarantine welfare payments. Critics claim this “BasicsCard,” which cannot be spent on alcohol, tobacco, pornography or gambling, brings shame to Aboriginal people – marking them as dependants, deemed incapable of responsible spending. Evaluations of the CYWRT paint a more complicated picture. While many of the “spectators” of the CYWRT report “welfare reform stigma,” the “subjects” themselves are more positive. This paper draws on ethnographic research in Hope Vale to argue that these categories overlap with loosely defined, porous social groups that developed during the town's mission past, described as the “engaged” and “embedded” Hope Valers, respectively. The engaged group tends to be more aware of and sensitive to the views of the dominant society and to subscribe to its “ideology of respectability.” Meanwhile, the latter group tends to adhere to a more egalitarian “ideology of relatedness,” and do not experience the shame, even when their own welfare is quarantined, because the behaviours that trigger quarantining are normalised within their highly circumscribed domain.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Adaptation to climate change is emerging as a central objective and policy frame for coastal communities. This paper examines recent climate change adaptation efforts in the UK, centring on the case of Fairbourne, Wales. The village is facing the long-term prospect of flooding and inundation due to the impacts of sea level rise. The recent Shoreline Management Plan for the area has recommended realignment of the coast and eventual decommissioning of Fairbourne. The paper draws on a qualitative research methodology of interviews, policy review and observation to narrate the case and provide key insights and lessons for planners working in environmentally vulnerable coastal settings and managing climate adaptation processes.  相似文献

现有文献在研究团队决策效果的影响因素时,大部分关注年龄、学历等因素,较少关注非人口统计学特征。根据现有研究结果构建团队认知能力与决策效果的关系模型,利用结构方程模型进行实证研究并指出:团队认知能力的两要素能提升团队决策效果;团队行为整合被看作是团队运作过程的核心,对决策效果产生一定的正向作用,即团队的行为整合程度越高,其决策效果越好;验证行为整合在团队认知能力与决策效果之间具有中介作用。旨为丰富高阶理论、揭示认知能力对决策效果的作用提供借鉴。  相似文献

This study investigates whether the Swedish national entitlement legislation, which is known to be one of the most developed in Europe for persons with intellectual disabilities or autism, accomplishes its aim to provide equal quality of day services independent of location. We estimated a reduced-form model of demand and supply-side determinants of a latent quality variable for day-service programmes using panel data on expenditure per attendee for the 290 Swedish municipalities 2004–2012. We found that expenditure per attendee is among others affected by changes of the local tax base and outcome in elections to the local assemblies. These results imply that rights of persons with intellectual disabilities with regard to equal quality of day services independent of where they live are not fully honoured in budget allocation decisions made by local governments.  相似文献
